My mother's phone broke down at a critical juncture, and we found this small company based on the reviews. I'm normally quite wary of reviews, but the glowing reviews tell it like it is. A repair was offered, but we decided to go with a replacement phone - good value and in excellent condition. All my mother's data was copied over flawlessly, and tips given on how to use the new phone. A real gem of a find! I will use them to replace my own phone next year.Cannot fault this place, it's 2nd time I've used them, they have a real personal touch. They are friendly, helpful, transparent, honest... I could go on!!!! It's a tiny shop but that just adds to the personal service. I'll definitely use them again if needed.

Wanted to repurpose old work laptop for one of the kids for homework - left it in Saturday, got it back Monday singing and dancing. When I consider the cost of the same kit new, this was fabulous value. Now I don't want to give it to the kids!
